If you're like me and loved every minute of Sex and the City, I bet you can't wait for The Carrie Diaries, the new series based on Carrie Bradshaw's younger life. Just when we thought our girls were all grown up, we get to see what Carrie experienced at an early age and just how fabulous she was in her high school years! The CW is the network behind the pilot and if you haven't seen the first photo of the new (younger) Carrie, here it is:

So, what do you think? Isn't she fabulous? It's young actress AnnaSophia Robb. I think she might just be perfect for the younger version of Carrie. And, to top it off, Emmy Award winning costume designer Eric Daman of Sex and The City and Gossip Girl is the man to take the fashion to the next level.
So, of course since I'm so excited, I had to go back and revisit some of my favorite Sex and The City fashions. Here's Carrie!

Can we ever really get enough of Carrie? I popped in one of the movies the other day to watch. I'm interested to see how this younger version plays out...I hope I'm not let down.

I have to admit I'm a little skeptical about the show. I couldn't get through the Carrie Diaries. I stopped reading like a quarter of the way through. I just didn't like it. I'll check it out tho...

I read the first book in a night. I thought it was pretty fun :: looking forward to the series.
I love sex and the city. Watched every season at least 3 times. I read all the books from Candace Bushnell. but didn't like that one at all... I hope,and am sure, that the show will be better!
